Complaint Board and Rip-Off Report

The reliability of anonymous internet postings.

We at TriLogics Group Pty Ltd feel it is important that you have full and true information before moving forward with any business opportunity, including our own product, TriLogics.  It is important that you and your family are comfortable with what could be the best business decision you’ll ever make.

This document is designed to help you confirm your purchasing decision in an informed and balanced manner.

As you may be aware, there are a few companies that make false claims about having developed software or systems to help people “get rich quick”.  Sadly, the horse racing industry is not immune from these fraudsters.

For the record, we are most definitely NOT one of these companies and will explain how you can spot them, and the differences between us both in this document.  Please read it carefully.

Below is a summary of key points raised in our discussions that may contribute to your purchasing decision.

Spot the Difference
·         The team behind TriLogics Group has been in business for 13 years. If we were not legitimate we would have been out of the industry long ago.
·         Our chairman, Matthew Whyatt, is happy to put his name and picture on our web site. We invite you to speak with him on the phone or in person.
·         Our head office is in Southport , QLD which is open 6 days per week. We encourage clients and prospective clients to stop by and meet the team.
·         Our office is located, literally, upstairs from the Queensland Office of Fair Trading. If we had something to hide we would not have chosen this location.
·         We have a staff that is made up of trainers, support people, computer experts, as well as the consultants with whom you have spoken.
·         Our web site and printed material HONESTLY post results, including losses. Please take note: you will experience some losses with TriLogics.
·         TriLogics is a great earning system, but it is not magic. It has limitations. Over time we have proven that TriLogics works, but in the short term, there could be days when you are not earning money. We believe in stating this openly so there are no surprises.  The figures posted on our website and referenced in our material are real, however there are peaks and troughs, as in any business.
·         TriLogics will NOT make you a millionaire. We are realistic about what you can achieve with the program and we want you to be realistic, too. If you want instant money, TriLogics is not for you.
·         We strongly encourage you to talk to clients on the phone and visit them in their home to watch them operate TriLogics.
·         Has our system always been called TriLogics? No. But the team behind TriLogics; the business model; and the technical model that powers TriLogics has been the same over the last 13 years. The software and training have been improved so drastically since 1999 that we felt it warranted rebranding (a common business practice). Rebranding is in no way an attempt to hide anything. The company that oversees the development and support of TriLogics is named TriLogics Group Pty Ltd. The key people who developed the TriLogics software and training package are the same people who run TriLogics Group Pty Ltd. The basis of TriLogics has always been the same and clients still receive training and support on an ongoing basis.

We believe these FACTS are important for you to know.

Due Diligence
We strongly encourage you to explore all aspects of TriLogics before deciding if it is right for you. As part of that exploration process, you will undoubtedly find negative comments about several companies, including ours. We think it is important for you to look beneath the surface of many of these comments. Why? For the same reason you have heard hundreds of times before: "Don't believe everything you read." This saying is even more important when it comes to Google and the internet.

In the internet age it is especially important to read posts on the web with a discerning eye. Many people don't realise how easy it is to post something negative. Unlike with newspapers where fact checking is done by professionals, people can post anything they want online whether it's true or not.  And once it's posted, it lives online forever. One of the most popular web sites for people to post negative comments is called Rip Off Reports.

A common occurrence is when unscrupulous businesses post false, negative comments. Instead of spending time and money on developing their own product, they pose as a dissatisfied customer, go online, and post false allegations. They do this because it is much easier to "throw mud" at a competitor than it is to develop something on their own.

It might sound ridiculous, but it is true. Unfortunately, it causes lasting damage to the reputations of individuals and companies alike and it is very difficult to track down the perpetrators.

Not only is this practice easy to do, it's actively encouraged by people who have created the web sites where people can post their comments. In an even more bizarre twist, the creators of these web sites also have businesses that charge companies or individuals thousands of dollars to make negative posts "go away".
It truly is a vicious circle.

Here are quotes that link to web sites that explore the believability problems with online posts and the big-business of paying to have them removed.

"These website allow postings and submission by anyone and they DO NOT verify if the complaint has any element of truth or if the individuals complaining have actually done business with the company they are complaining about."

"It is no secret that RipOff Report has been widely and universally accused of promulgating defamatory content and then extorting money from the victims of the very libel it publishes. This business model has made RipOff Report the subject of many lawsuits. In fact, I have at least seventeen listed in the Appendix at the end of this post."

"Rip Off Report allows anyone who has a keyboard connected to the Internet to post anything they wish to with complete and total anonymity…Once one of these Hidden [People] gets their claws into a person or company, they do not let go…I believe most of these Hidden [People] are the competitors that they are trying to gain market share from, at the expense of others."

Why Would Someone Make a False Accusation?

Why would people bother to write negative things about Intervest if they weren't true?
Here are just a few reasons that we have discovered over the course of investigations:

  • Unscrupulous businesses pose as customers to smear their competitors.  It's easier to say bad things about your competition than it is to improve your product or make sure it works properly in the first place.
  • TriLogics is a powerful system and as with any business, it requires your time and attention. No matter what we say, some people want to believe that TriLogics is a magical system that will automatically pump money into their account. But when some people's unrealistic expectations don't come true rather than calling and asking for help on the free call number or visiting our offices and taking our offer of ongoing training at no extra charge they get bitter and lay all the blame on TriLogics.

Transparency

The biggest warning signs that a company is making false claims center around their attempts to hide.

They hide the names of their directors and managers, they hide the true location of their office, they hide the facts about their results, they hide their history, they hide the truth about their staff, etc.  At TriLogics, we pride ourselves on being an open company and we are proud to openly discuss our activities and business with you.  We encourage you to visit us and welcome your genuine enquiries.

We would certainly not offer this if we had anything to hide, or were making false, unproven claims.
